Work starts in the old carpark at 115 Bellevue Road. This was previously owned by City of Edinburgh Council and used by people working in the Education Centre at 154 McDonald Road.

It also used to hold recycling bins, and was a snow-dump in the winter of 2010 when troops stepped in to help clear streets.
