A small, blurred image alleged to be compelling evidence for the existence of Keifer Sutherland's knees has appeared on our Facebook page this morning (Broughton Spurtle).
The photograph was sent by Iain McPhail, Whisky Kiss bassist and daily blogger during the Broughton band's recent tour of New York.
Sutherland had mounted the stage at the end of the Hammerstein Garden Dressed to Kilt afterparty, borrowed a guitar, and launched into an impromptu version of 'Knockin on Heaven's Door'.
Rumours that bagpipers of mass destruction, whistlers, fiddlers and a Heelan' DJ will feature in the concluding episode of 24 (Season 9) remain unconfirmed.
