This evening's festive snapshot comes from Those Were the Days – the basement vintage clothing boutique on St Stephen's Street.
We were struck by the prettiness of the tree, the cosiness of the light, the pleasantly cluttered desk and half-drunk cup of tea.
As Lorem Ipsum makes clear in the shop's quirky online blog, 'Non vitae fusce, congue in, lacus tristique vel metus donec et, quam conubia amet lorem'.
On a different subject, thanks go to reader Peter Pienaar who has contacted us regarding yesterday's photograph of Martinez Antiques in Canonmills. He astutely points out that the top half of the illuminated window resembles a duck with a hangover.
