Refreshments will be served. The AGM will follow and then the speaker, Mitchell Mansell, will talk about Robert Louis Stevenson in the Garden – His Love of Gardens  during his Edinburgh Childhood'.

All the usual thrills, spills, intrigue, romance, passion and suspense but with an added twist ... STARTING EARLIER THAN USUAL (7pm), City of Edinburgh Council's Mike Penny will detail the Council's recent trial of containerised refuse solutions and seagull-proof rubbish bags.

This public meeting wil update locals on the review by subgroups, and launch the Local Community Plan, 2011–14. A start will be made on addressing the next 3 years' main priority: reducing the amount of mess on the streets.
