Spurtle’s hustings for the City Centre will take place on Wednesday 20 April (7.00–9.15 pm) in Broughton St Mary’s Parish Church. For how to attend, see Issue 316, published tomorrow. For our event, focusing on the City Centre ward, the large number of candidates presents a logistical problem: we don’t have enough time to hear meaningfully from all those standing. We will announce a pragmatic and imperfect solution soon.
